Worship

We enjoy a wide variety of worship styles and times:

• 8.45 am Traditional worship with hymns and organ in the Church.
• 10.30 am Modern worship with songs and band in Concordia College Chapel

We are blessed with a rich music ministry.

• There are several bands that play at the 10.30 am.
• The Choir occasionally sings at the 8.45 am service.

Attendance at public worship.
In coming together with others in worship you are helping to ensure that you are in a place where God can refresh you with his Word and encourage you through the company of others. You're encouraged to attend a public worship service  on a regular basis. In particular the 10.30am  service is an opportunity for you to mix with other similar aged people, but more importantly to feel comfortable with the style and music which best allows you to grow in your faith within a worshiping community.

Music

Participating in the music ministry at St Johns gives people the opportunity to serve God, and in serving God, grow in their relationship with God. Our five bands are always open to musicians would like to join, and also to people who would like to help operate the sound desk (training is available for people who would like to help in this area).

Creative Ministries

To enhance our worship, and for special celebration events, we use drama, puppets, clowning and multimedia presentations.

If you have talents and skills in these areas, and would like to be involved in these creative ministries, we welcome your contribution.
