Tell

How can people have faith in the Lord and ask him to save them,

if they have never heard about him?

And how can they hear, unless someone tells them?

                                                                                                Romans 10.14 (CEV)

At St John's we are committed to helping people know about God's amazing love for all people through Jesus.  We offer a variety of experiences to engage with at different levels that people may be comfortable with.  Click on the links for more information.

Sunday Worship is a place where we can encounter a loving God.  In worship we hear God speak to us and act for us, we have an opportunity to respond and go out blessed by God for the week ahead.

Friendship Groups are small groups that meet in people's homes for fellowship, sharing about the Bible and mutual support.

There are also a number of courses to help us to get to know Jesus and learn how to follow him.  Click on the links below to find out more information.

Alpha is a ten-week course, which serves as an introduction to Christianity. People come together for a meal, watch a video of a speaker, and have a small group discussion.  There is a weekend camp around the middle of the course.

Fully Alive is a six week course on what it means to have a fully alive relationship with Jesus.  This is an opportunity to learn about what it means to believe in Jesus and to grow as his follower.

Living Under Grace explores Lutheran spirituality which sees the Christian faith and experience from the perspective of God's grace to us in Jesus.  There are three sessions in this course.
